Hillary Clinton
Hillary Clinton always fascinated me, even as a first lady. I was amazed that after all those years of living in Arkansas, Hillary still had such a strong Chicago accent. It never occurred to me that I could look like her and be a Hillary Clinton impersonator until I was on gigs and other entertainers would hear me do her voice, along with funny anecdotes from her speeches the night before.
In the beginning when it looked like Hillary would win the nomination, I decided it was time to see if I could "pull off" the look. After all, I needed to remodel my bathroom! I had the idea for the first Hillary video on YouTube by thinking, “Who would Hillary go to for help in stopping Obama?” That's how “It's so Hard to Beat Obama" was born. We filmed at a diner in New York midtown and some of the kitchen staff, who appeared to have just stepped off the boat, were taking pictures with who they thought was the real senator from NY!
I love impersonating Hillary because I can recycle all those great Bill Clinton jokes I used in the 90's. I also work with one of the funniest and most talented Bill Clinton impersonators in the country. Corporate events go over so well with Hillary and/or Bill, even with Republicans!
We've performed for many corporate companies in the NJ/PA/NY area and throughout the country. We each deliver a speech, giving kudos to the company CEO and also get the audience involved. It's more fun than a Clinton fundraiser!
